STRATEGIC PLANNING and SOURCING
  • Assess goals and objectives; complete needs assessment to identify requirements and resources; determine vendors and suppliers required for specific request;  conduct a cost analysis, and develop a financial summary.

  • Vendor/Supplier Sourcing - research and evaluate vendors and suppliers required based on client specifications and request,

  • Request for Proposals (RFPs) - design, solicit, and analyze RFPs for vendors and suppliers (hotel accommodations, tours, attractions, transportation, etc.) based on client specifications and request.   

  • Site Selection and Inspection - coordinate and cohesively manage the process - assess needs, arrange site visits, and manage the selection process.

  • Contract Negotiations - manage the contracting process knowledgeable of industry changes and challenges, and securing value for the client with suppliers and vendors for requested needs (hotels, convention centers, private venues, tour operators, attractions, and transportation suppliers).    

  • Contract Management –manage the contract process cognizant of contract deliverables, deadlines, risk management, and other event related activities.

  • Food and Beverage Management – identify needs, secure service providers, and provide menus options within budget guidelines and client specifications.

  • Event Meetings - conduct pre and post meetings with all constituents.
